Alexander the Great's chef-owner, Alexandros Vlachos, returned to the country of his birth after spending much of his life abroad, in major USA and Europe capitals, as since 1974 he worked in cruise ships, hotels and restaurants.

He fulfilled his life's dream with Alexander the Great, where he put all his valuable experience along with his 'meraki' (devotion) to offer his customers the best Mediterranean and Greek cuisine - using only the finest ingredients-, efficient service and a comfortable environment that appeals to all ages.

Alexander the Great is designed along clean, traditional lines where diners can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine as well as the Greek hospitality in a stylish atmosphere at an affordable price.

 Our dishes, made from top quality ingredients, are all home made Greek specialities like Mousakas, Baby Lamb Kleftiko, Stuffed Cabbage Leaves,etc.  Other dishes include a large selection of hot and cold starters, mezedes,fresh fish and seafood, grilled meat and seasonal salads.

There is an excellent choice of bottled and house wine, bottled and draft beer, aperitifs and coctails.  To round off your meal you might like to indulge in our divine home made desserts, ice creams and fresh fruit.

In the summer, we open our huge enchanting garden to our customers so that along with the delicious taste of the Greek cuisine, you enjoy the beauty, and the sunshine of the Greek summer.
